What is your refund/return process?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What materials are used in the MOVI Cushion?

Screen colors may vary from the final print due to monitor calibration, color profiles, and fabric absorption.

Is the MOVI Cushion comfortable for long sitting hours?

DTG prints may appear slightly faded after the first wash. This is normal as excess ink is removed.

Does the cushion flatten over time?

We scale artwork proportionally to fit the garment while maintaining quality and aspect ratio.

Is the cover washable?

Minor variations in color, slight texture differences, and small registration shifts are normal in DTG printing.

Yes, we accept customer-provided garments for printing. Please contact us first to confirm compatibility.
